The Akai Professional EWI4000S is a newly designed electronic wind controller.

Wow, looks like a nice replacement to my Yamaha WX-11 wind controller! The EWI4000s makes a great tool for novices to experienced pros alike. Well, especially for novices like me since it is battery-powered, built in synthesizer, and headphone out – makes a great practice tool without disturbing the family.
