Apple filed a lawsuit against an online blog to find out who their sources were. The blog site had information on products that were not released yet and Apple was in a huff trying to find out who leaked the information.
On Friday in what turned out to be a shocker for the company a judge ruled that a news blog had the same laws as the news on tv and in the newspapers. Bet they didn’t see that one coming. I think we could all hear the sigh of relief given by news blogs all over the blogosphere.
