Samsung’s SPH-P9000 Deluxe

Here is Samsung’s SPH-P9000 Deluxe — an ultra-portable XP device the company introduced at the Mobile WiMax Summit 2006 in South Korea.

It’s just 1.28 lbs, has a 5″ LCD, and measures 5.6″ × 3.7″ × 1.17″ when folded. It offers 1GHz Transmeta CPU, EV-DO, Bluetooth, 30GB disk and a 1.3 megapixel camera…among many other features.

It’ll be launched in the first half of 2007 (in Korea, that is).
