Fusion Reactor built by high school student
A wired blog has reported on a fusion reactor that has been built by a high schooler. His name is Thiago Olson and he built it by using parts from his local hardware store and materials purchased on eBay. He finally fused hydrogen nuclei into helium in November 2006. More here.
