HTC Dream

Recently, HTC announced its new phone with the name of HTC Dream. The phone is expected to be released soon. Today I am going to give you a preview of the phone.
HTC Dream is a touchscreen phone with a TFT touchscreen that can display 65k colors. The size of the screen is 3.2 inches with a resolution of 320×480 pixels. The phone also has a full QWERTY keyboard and a track ball for navigating through the phone. The phone also has a hadwriting recognition tool. I don’t know what is its use but, I think that it is used for typing emails and SMS.
The phone has got all the features that one can imagine in a phone. It has got 3G, WiFI, HSCSD, EDGE, Bluetooth. But, there is no infrared in the phone. However, this is not an issue since it is the age of Bluetooth and Bluetooth can transfer files at a faster speed.
The phone has got a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera. Though the phone has got very good features but, when I saw the specs of the phone, to my surprise there was no FM radio mentioned in the specs. This is the biggest letdown of the phone and lack of FM radio can be a bone of contention in its popularity.
The phone is expected to be released soon and only time will tell what it has got for us.
