Apple Ipod 30G
November 14, 2008
When Apple first launch this, I fell in love with it. My partner give this as a gift and I’m suprise to have one. I choose the color white because there are accessories that is good in white combination. This is so handy that I can carry it anywhere especially if I’m traveling. We can download movies, pictures and songs that’s within 30 gigabyte limit. It’s enough in storing numerous songs and movies. The quality of the movie on screen is based on the way you download it from your computer. It’s better to pick the clear and original picture quality one. Aside from the earphone, big speakers can now be attached to the ipod just in case you want soundtripping or used it in a party. Bags or pouch for ipod with speaker are now available in the market for fashion sense and use. It comes up with different colors of your choice like pink, white, etc. I’m glad that Apple thought about ineventing ipod. It is useful and become now a fad.

Although we use earphones on a regular basis, they can be completely blinged out like other accessories. This may not be at the top of your to do list, but it sure is cool to have. Some iPods Contain a Virus

Apple says that iPods bought in the last month contain a virus called RavMonE.exe. The virus was passed to the iPod through Microsoft Windows in the production warehouses.
Apple Goes Hollywood
June 20, 2006

Apple looks to be joining forces with Hollywood insides to bring movies to the iPod video. If they can get pass the price problem. Apple wants a set price of $9.99 a film and the studios want a range of prices like any video/dvd stores.
If you have to pay $21.95 or more to buy a video from iTunes I don’t think many people will give it a go. That is a pretty stupid idea. Especially when the savvy among us can buy the real dvd and then rip it to iPod. Uh, supposedly.
It could happen soon, but it ought to be mentioned that Apple is also fighting with the music industry because they also want prices risen. I have to say it is good and bad, the $9.99 price I mean. Because it’s good to not be paying more than that. But it’s also bad to charge someone that price for a movie they can get for $4.99 in a bargain bin somewhere. Although if it’s that low the movie is crap anyway.
Buying A New Media Player
June 14, 2006
I’m in the market for a media player and I am not even considering the Apple iPod video and it confuses me that millions do. Is it just that people love their iPods and think that Apple can do know wrong?
I have nothing against iPod or Apple and I do love my Nano but for watching video I don’t understand how people can pay $400 or $500 for a screen that’s only a step up from watching movies on your miniature cell phone screen.
The media players I am considering are the following and among screen size I am also looking for something that works well and won’t die on me a week after I buy it and has a good amount of space.
Archos AV 700 100 GB Mobile Digital Video Recorder

Archos AV500 30 GB Multimedia Player and DVR

iRiver PMC120 20 GB Portable Media Center

iRiver 20 GB PMP-120 Portable Media Player

Epson P-2000 Multimedia Storage Drive, Viewer, and Audio/Video Player

Like I said before I choose these as some of the media players to consider when I go to buy one, but it irks me when I show family and friends and they look at me like I’m nuts and say “but their huge”. No, many look huge because of the picture but they are not.
A walkman was thick and heavy and if these were too I would get them anyway. I notice that everyone seems to be obsessed with making any new gadget super tiny. No thanks, I like my eyesight, crappy as it is and would prefer a screen that is at the very least watchable. I refuse to sit next to the bf watching movies on his miniscule cell phone. That would make me go blind.
iPods Hotter Than Beer
June 8, 2006
I know we love our electronics but who thought we’d see the day, that the iPod would be considered more popular than beer? While I detest the taste of beer, other’s for reasons unknown to me enjoy. Some just a little too much.
However in a recent survey given to 1,200 college students 73% preferred their iPods to knocking back shots. Not that they don’t drink mind you. They just think that iPods are cooler at the moment.
